This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how Vista Ventures I B.V., operating under the trade name Teasol Technologies ("Teasol", "we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website ("Website").

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

By using the Website, you consent to the use of essential (strictly necessary) cookies as described below. For optional cookies (e.g. analytics or marketing cookies), we will obtain your explicit consent via our cookie consent banner before placing them.

2. What Are Cookies?

(a) Essential (Strictly Necessary) Cookies

We do not set any analytics cookies of our own. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that sets no cookies and stores no information on your device. It does not track you across websites or over time, it does not store your IP address, and all data is processed and stored within the European Union. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is retained, this measurement does not require your consent and there is no setting to change. (One of the cookies listed under Section 6 below, AnalyticsSyncHistory, is set by the LinkedIn Insight Tag — despite its name, it supports LinkedIn's own ad-sync process, not our analytics, and is only set with your consent to Marketing cookies.)

(c) Marketing and Advertising Cookies

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites in order to display relevant advertisements. These cookies record your visit to the Website, the pages you visit, and the links you follow.

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising and retargeting, and to measure conversions from LinkedIn advertising campaigns. Although it also reports aggregated information about our visitors, it is an advertising tool and we treat it as a marketing cookie rather than an analytics one.

These cookies are placed only after you have given consent under the Marketing category. If you do not consent, or you select Reject All, the LinkedIn Insight Tag is not loaded at all. If you withdraw consent later, it is not loaded on subsequent page views.

Essential cookies do not require consent and are placed automatically.

• LinkedIn Insight Tag: used for advertising, retargeting and conversion tracking in connection with LinkedIn advertising campaigns. Loaded only with your consent to Marketing cookies.

When loaded, the LinkedIn Insight Tag sets the following cookies, as documented in LinkedIn's own cookie table. LinkedIn categorizes some of these (such as bcookie for security, and lidc/li_gc for site preferences) outside its own "Marketing" grouping, but since all five are only set when the Insight Tag itself loads, we list them together here under the Marketing category, which is what gates the tag on our site:

7. Retention

Cookie retention periods vary depending on the type and purpose of the cookie. Essential cookies are retained only for the duration of your session or as needed for website functionality. Marketing cookies set by the LinkedIn Insight Tag are retained according to LinkedIn's own retention periods, listed in the table in Section 6 above. Our analytics sets no cookies, so nothing is retained on your device for that purpose. You may delete cookies at any time via your browser settings.

8. International Transfers

Our analytics data is processed and stored within the European Union and is not transferred outside it. Some third-party cookie providers, including LinkedIn, may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the use of Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on an EU adequacy decision.
