Last updated: 19 December 2025

1. Introduction

Vista Ventures I B.V., operating under the trade name Teasol Technologies ("Teasol", "we", "us" or "our"), is committed to the security of our systems and the protection of data. We value the contribution of security researchers who help us identify potential vulnerabilities responsibly.

2. Responsible Disclosure

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability on our website or in our systems, we encourage you to report it to us in accordance with the following responsible disclosure guidelines.

Report security vulnerabilities to:

security@teasol.com

3. Guidelines for Reporters

When reporting a vulnerability, we ask that you:

  • provide a clear and detailed description of the vulnerability;
  • include steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable;
  • refrain from accessing, modifying, or deleting data that does not belong to you;
  • do not disrupt service availability (e.g. denial-of-service attacks);
  • do not use social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks;
  • keep the vulnerability confidential until we have had reasonable time to address it.

4. What We Will Do

Upon receiving your report, we will:

  • acknowledge receipt within 5 business days;
  • investigate the report and assess the issue;
  • keep you informed of our progress where appropriate;
  • take steps to resolve confirmed vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

5. Safe Harbour

If you act in good faith and comply with the guidelines above, we will not take legal action against you in connection with your report.

6. Out of Scope

The following are generally out of scope:

  • vulnerabilities in third-party applications or services;
  • missing security headers that do not lead to exploitable vulnerabilities;
  • social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks;
  • denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerabilities;
  • issues affecting outdated browsers or plugins.
